Safer Internet Day

Safer Internet Day was on 7 February 2017 this year!

Safer Internet Day is an annual global initiative that promotes the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology. The Media Literacy Council has been spearheading Singapore’s participation since 2013 through the Better Internet Campaign and has continued to advocate the media literacy values of Responsibility, Empathy, Integrity and Respect on the internet.

The global theme in 2017 is “'Be the Change: Unite for a Better Internet”. Visit www.betterinternet.sg and our Facebook page to find out how we are celebrating it in Singapore!
